Team Nigeria continued with its impressive showings at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, winning two more gold medals in the Powerlifting event early on Saturday.
Nigeria dominated the Para-sport powerlifting event winning a gold medal in both the heavyweight and the lightweight categories.
Esther Onyema first started the breakthrough for Nigeria, winning gold in her lightweight category before Loveline Obiji made it a double gold.
Obiji's win was remarkable, because she set a new world record with a 144.0kg best lift to win the gold.
With all Nigerian relay teams having made the finals of their respective races, the country's chances of winning more gold medals is still very much alive.
